Once upon a time there was a little company that began in a little kitchen in Bucks County PA. Annie B’s Confections, as it was known then, created hundreds (ultimately several thousand) custom designed wedding and specialty cakes.  Annie’s cakes were known for their simplicity and beauty and by all accounts, they tasted even better than they looked.

Annie also designed a line of miniature pastries in dozens of tastes and flavors. These pastries grew the little company into a big company selling hand-made artisan cakes and pastries all up and down the East Coast, Starbucks, QVC, national food catalogs, Neiman Marcus……..and hotels and restaurants in our back yards. Annie B’s Confections closed in 2010.
